Welcome to the Forum. What is the model of your Kubota? I have a BX23 that I built brush forks and a grapple for the front bucket but I don't know if that is what you have in mind. If you google BX23 homemade grapple 1.3gp - YouTube and BX23 homemade grapple 2.3gp - YouTube you can see a couple of action clips.

Brush buckets are easy.

Hydraulic valves are harder to build.

This is the first version of the one I built. It has 6" tine spacing, tines are 36" long and it is made for a JD quick hitch. It was awsone except the 1" Rebar dowels I used kept breaking. Version 2 which I do not have pictures of, is exactly the same except I bought some 1 1/4" 4140 alloy steel, have yet to bend a tine and it works awsome. I use it to move wet hay bedding, brush, firewood, rocks and anything else I can think up. Originally it was going to have a grapple on it but I nver got that far.
