Our first attempt at a sprayer - be kind - dont laugh- please.

This is one our winter projects. It has been finished since the end of March, but have been too busy to post photos. A friend helped a lot with it and did a great job especially since he didn't know what we were building when we started.

you did great! the only thing I can recommend is a breakaway for the wings in case you hit something with them!

Correct. It just Isabel matter of convenience.

I decided to go with arms that raised via hydraulics and skip breakaway. Being able to raise them from inside the cab decreases the chances of hitting something. But just in case, I cut a spare piece of tubing to slide in the holders if I bend one.

Not only no laughing but you did a great job. I also favor breakaways but if you live in the plains it's Ok. Nice design, good paint, common sense and the right color.

I put removable legs with casters on it and I would recommend that over everything else. It makes it very easy to move around inside the equipment building.

That is a nice piece of work! I agree with the others though, I've been grateful on multiple occasions that my boom rotate into place horizontally vice vertically. I'd seriously consider adding a break with a pivot arm and some springs into the boom arms.
