I built four of these wagons many years ago and the design was so good and the build easy enough that is deserves mention here with the plans attached. The plans came from my Extension Agent in Maine and today seem to have all but disappeared. I found them again on a search and found they are a universal USDA item that States can use.
Anyway, take your time and build it right and it is a great kicker wagon or even a regular wagon since the front folds down. Everyone that saw mine wanted one and I could have built dozens for sale. Use the pressure treated plywood. I used to kick in 40 bales, go back and stack them and then kick it full. I think it kicked 165 but I could stack in 175-200 depending if I went one bale over. I thought these plans were lost forever.
Seems it took me 8 hours to build the first one and less for the others. Use an impact gun for bolts and screw the floor down instead of nails. It flexes perfectly and hauls great.
Here are the plans...

Here the TENN state site that lists the wagon design plus all sorts of cool ag plans
Agricultural Building and Equipment Plan List
Here's a picture, or rather drawing of the wagon from original sketch. Picture not to scale and wagon looks small while tractor is comparatively large.

EDIT---here's that sketch
