I can see my original trailer frame is a bit flimsy between the front spring hangers and the tool box I just welded in which is 5 inches deep 1/8" plate.
Maybe I'll fish plate that part of the frame, the weight is increasing more than I'd like.

Rubber snubbers above the springs for sure. Thanks for the #18 post sir I did the under body direct lift but in reverse thinking it would start the load better. Not sure if it would or not.

Finally got my light boxes built and installed. Not sure how the plastic fenders will work but they should take some abuse banging around in the woods. The tub is getting warped out of shape from welding but the gate closes tightly.

I keep telling myself to finish the stupid thing it's just a wood cart.

That's a great looking trailer. I really need to make me one for hauling scrap metal such as aluminum where I can just operate the valve and dump the aluminum in the pile. Would be useful for a lot of other things as well.

I'm gonna be tearing down my old mobile home and might use the good frame underneath it to build me a small dump trailer with it.

The clamps are now on just not in the older pix. Still more work to do before the paint.

Well what a mess.
I disassembled the trailer yesterday for painting and took an hour to get the hinge pins out of the tub. The tub warped horribly thanks to me.

Looks like I need to remedy this before paint as I won't be able to reassemble afterwards.

Lots more work involved.
