I have a 30's Ferguson 14' rake that is in two sections. I took it over to my neighbor and he cut it down so I could use one of the sections and get it through the gate. I was going to rebolt down the chains but tried it the first day and found that it worked great when I had the front attached and the back was loose at ground level. Then I reattach it to carry it around. I have but a wheele barrel in the middle of it to hold manuer that I collect. It works better then I thought. I only really do not like to distroy old things but it has a new life after sitting for 15 yrs.
