Home made EZ weights.
Here are some pictures of my "knock off" ez weights system. I used 1/4" plate for the base and 1" all-thread for the bar. I bought the plate locally and it had been cut into rough circles with a plasma cutter, but I trued them up on a rather large lathe.

I used a Bridgeport mill to do the bolt pattern. 1/2" carriage bolts were used to attach them to the wheel. I welded the 1" nut to the plate, but only tacked the all-thread in place in case I need to replace it in the future.
