eicher advice please

looking at an Eicher 364NC - 2wd - 2cyl - manual transmission - reportedly 35hp - 77 hours - reportedly 2006 model (obviously from India) -

any comments from anyone operating a similar unit ?
have not been able to track down any Eicher dealers using internet - anyone aware of dealer location and/or parts outlets ?
assuming air-cooled diesel will not be a problem in kentucky since average temp in India will be considerably higher - agree ?
any help you might provide will be sincerely appreciated !

I'm not sure any deal is a "good deal" if there's no network for parts, service, etc.
