Some out there may own tractors made in England. My own Ferguson TE (the E stands for England I'm told) -20 was made in england. It is around a '52 vintage so some of the threads on the steering are weird for us.

Parts for Cat machines are usually very easy to get. IMO, the 416C has too short of a wheelbase and gets stuck pretty easily.

I think what you're asking is if there's a problem buying a machine made in England. I would answer that with "no". England makes a lot of tractors & machines. TEREX backhoes are also made in England. So were FERMEC backhoes. My old Ford backhoe was made in Belgium.

I have never seen an American made CAT backhoe. Every one I've seen is made overseas. In the last 20 years, the only American made backhoes I know of are CASE and John Deere.

Most of the cat dozers are made in Mexico now. I think they only make the D6E in their plant in ILL. Most of the heavy equipment is made somewhere besides US. Ditch Witch is the exeception that I know of off the top of my head. The Cat hoes are good machines, alot of power and very big cab.
