Welcome Rock Creek!
I have a IH 454 that is virtually identical except with a 3cyl. diesel, about 42 hp. I found a good used tractor that never had a loader on it, so the front end was still good. I had a new Frey loader put on it.
That was 22 years ago. I suspect the only difference between row crop and util. on this tractor is the front axle. Swept-back on the util. and straight on the row crop, but I may be mistaken. Mine has the swept-back front axle.
The different axle geometry would have an impact on what loader will fit I would imagine.
If you put a new loader on this 574, do a trans-hydraulic fluid + filter change so that you arent running dirty old hydraulic oil through the brand-new loader valves and cylinders.
