I need to check for a lien on a JD 710 TLB
Found a good deal on a JD 710 TLB. Is there a site that I can check the serial # to verify its free and clear?

I sort of doubt it as I am not aware of any title or license to track them. I am no expert on that at all. You might contact deere and see if they will provide a Name of the dealer that sold it.

Tc
Check with the attorney generals office and your county office to see if any UCC filings are listed. Did the machine always come from CT or you are not sure?

Yes they do, but that means you need to know what County or Town it was filed in.In conn liens are filed at the town level with the town clerk I would try to find the original dealer's name and start from there. If it was financed originally a UCC probably would have been filed. Ytace all owners from there.
