Kubota B8200 HSD fair price....
can anyone tell me what a fair price is for a 1989 Kubota B8200 with 200 hrs.(mete broke???), 4 foot loader, 5 foot back blade, and 4 foot brush hog... every thing seems to be in great condition..

I won't ask how you came up with that name. Hope is isn't related to the selling of your tractor...
I'll agree that $8000-$10,000 sounds reasonable for tractor and equipment, if it is 4wd and especially if (1) it is hydrostatic and (2) has the power steering option. I'd guess $5000-$6000 if it is 2wd.
Assuming 4wd, hydrostatic and power steering...
At $8000 you could probably sell it reasonably fast (1 month or less), depending upon which area of the country you are in (flat terrain areas of the country usually equates to a slightly lower price for compact tractors).
At $10,000, you might sell it, but might have to sit on it for a while waiting for the right buyer.
