Default John Deere 110 vs. 140

I have an opportunity to purchase a Model 110 that is restored with no implements. It is being offered for $650.
I have two question: 1) Is that a reasonable price 2)What is the difference between a Model 110 and Model 140.

Thanks for your help

Bob

Check here.
Model Info - WeekendFreedomMachines.com
Then click on tractors in the upper left for the model you want data on.
