Any thoughts on a fair price for this 2007 Massey Ferguson 1533 Tractor with loader and 5ft bush hog? Has around 275 hours, synchro-shuttle trans.

Do the tires look about right for only 275 hours? Looks like there is some damage to the right front hood and grill area. Also has a few scratches along the way. One owner - needs to get out of the loan.

It is several miles out of state, so I can't really look at it unless I'm ready to buy.

Thanks,
sf

Here's a TractorHouse link to a cherry one.2008 MASSEY-FERGUSON 1533 Less than 40 HP For Sale At TractorHouse.com

Just by way of comparison. Ought to give you some sense of what you'll need to get the one you pictured discounted. The owner must surely expect that there's a certain beat down awaiting the sale, given its condition.

Here's another in more comparable condition.2008 MASSEY-FERGUSON 1533 Less than 40 HP For Sale At TractorHouse.com

Remember as well that TH listings typically get discounted by 8-10% when the actual sale is a done deed. Hope that's food for thought.

Owner is offering it to me for around $11,000.

I'd rather have a skid-steer quick attach bucket and power shuttle transmission, but this seems too good to pass up.

That sounds pretty good. Just wish you could drive it and see it before driving that far. But that's cheap.

I'd grab that at $11K. A dealer would get $14K for that tractor alone.
That said, I'd check it over carefully to be sure there's no fluid leaks, that all the gears work, the 3pt and the FEL work OK.

You can worry about a QA later. I had one installed on my 2008 Mahindra 5525 about a year after I bought it.

Hello Guys , 1st post I just bought a new 1533 with a new loader, the price was 18500.00..Massey offered special finance rate or a free loader..I ended up paying 14000.00 for loader, tractor, 4500.00 less for the loader with r4 tires..also got a good finance rate.

As a dealer that sounds like a verry good price but if ur going to pay cash or get a loan threw ur bank u might want to look a new one for a few grand more and u get a warranty. Just a thought.
