Buying Rental Tractor

some people are just rough on equipment no matter what.its like its bred into them.ive seen quiet a few tractors that was beat to death all their life an it showed.

Our friends felt the tractor was OK but the price turned out to be higher than we were willing to go.

IMO I think it's for the best it worked itself out. I would have steered clear of it from the start. When the non tractor people rent these units for a day for a specific task they end up doing all kinds of jobs of which the tractor can't handle. You can't blame then for wanting to get all they can out the 8 hour rental but thats when the abuse comes in. The one thing you can take from the experience is the testiment of the tractor in that it has to be tough and versatile to handle all the attachments a rental outfit offers. Keep that model in mind while you're searching.
