Kodiak rotary cutters...opinions?
A guy has a kodiak rotary cutter for sale locally that's about 3 years old...asking $400...gonna go look at it Thursday. These things retail new for around $1400...should I assume something's fishy?

Frontier landscape rake
Taylor-Pittsburgh box blade
Tonutti finish mower
homemade single bottom plow
...and not enough time to get everything I want to get done.

what size? 8' ?
I almost bought a 10' one time but got a howse HD instead.
looked to be built about the same as howse or KK.. etc..
400 is cheap.. can barely get a used 5' for that here.. and a used 6' goes for more unless it's clapped out..
