    Default Local classified ad

Ad in todays local classified paper:

    "2010 Kioti tractor w/cab & 72" loader, 45hp, 4WD, HST, 4cyl, loaded rear tires, diesel, heat & AC, used only 32 hrs $25,000."

Sound like a decent price? I have to wonder why it's being sold already.

Could be any of those. Could also be someone in the family is sick or died, they need to move, too much debt and so on.

Is that a good price? (assuming there are no problems with the machine)

    I haven't price Kioti's ,but I'll tell you I paid $10,000 more in 2008 for a Cabbed 44hp kubota.I think it may be a fair price.Those hours are nothing,same as new.

some people buy tractors use them for awhile an then decide to sell them.$25,000 sounds like a real fair price for a new tractor.
