Thanks for the update, and I'm glad your dealer was able to take care of your tractor. I too am patiently waiting a redesign of the 2000 series to incorporate some of the best 1000 series features. Who knows, maybe all of this tier 4 hoopla will die down in a couple of years and I'll be able to afford another new tractor.

xskier i have 1026r and was thinking about getting front blade. Are you happy with yours in this picture

I think the 54 quick hitch blade is a good choice for snow removal. The Kubota front blade is nicer, but not nice enough for me to accept the rest of the BX shortcomings.
