You have gotten good advice on this thread. When you decide to purchase a new tractor look at dealers that are close to where you will be using it. A good dealer is more important than brand. Travel around, go to some equipment shows and see what is out there. Sit on them and drive them around at the dealers' to get a feel for them. Look at the threads on this forum and you will get an idea of issues, durability and what to expect from the different machines. A good tractor with good dealer support is a joy, conversely a bad dealer can ruin your day in a hurry. Good luck on your quest.

every1 has given you great advice.an im going to try to add to it.since you have 29acs of woods.you would prolly be better off getting a min 45hp 4x4 tractor with fel.that way you can pretty much do all you want except heavy rough clearing of trees.

As you are more inclined to do more of a construction type of work you might look into a deere 110 TLB.
