First day of getting the new tractor is always so much fun!

Even more so if it is your first tractor, or your first new tractor.

A buddy of mine liked to say that you need to chip some paint off someplace just so you won't feel so bad when you finally get the first ding, but I never really subscribed to that theory.

Here's a few pictures of the delivery, and me trying out the backhoe. I can already tell I'm going to need some more aggressive "shoes" for the outriggers. We have so many rocks at our place, that it was too easy to pull the tractor around with the hoe. Of course, I have a lot of learning to do as well!

The dealer had me back up the ramp to get the boxblade... fun! Best part was that I used it already to smooth out the end of the drive (it really needed it badly).
