None of the what we call USA branded tractors make their compact line as far as I know, they contract them with Korean, Japanese, Indian and even Chinese companies to make for them and at most "assemble" them here which is bolting on the wheels and if a loader is ordered putting that on.
THere is one fairly recent model of small MF that was obsolete in less than 10 years as no parts were available, probably others as well but I'm only aware of that one model because you can find it for sale on Craigslist cheap.

I would be more afraid of not being able to get parts for my "US made" MF, JD or NH than my LS.
Really glad your loving your LS. I DO think the mechanics and the options of LS are on par with other tractor builders. Really liked the easy pur the S4l engine gave when she started up. I am thinking maybe that tractor I looked at was on the lot a long time. There were plenty of "marks" on it and had 2hrs on the engine. Either that or the dealer didn't pay attention to it like they should.. like I said there were other LS tractors on the lot (not the r3039) that had other small issues.
