AC 7040
Hi all! There is a local auction coming up in my area. They have an Allis Chalmers 7040 up for auction. I am interested in buying a larger tractor for tillage. What do these tractors sell for and what should I look for on the tractor? They will also have a nice looking 2940 John deere, however i was told tht these tractor have a lower resale value and have hydralic issues?This will be my first larger tractor so I am some what cautious. Also are these tractors good for their time? Any insight will help thanks!
