Price Check jd 2010 fixer upper

I just got a good deal on a 1965 jd 2010 that needs a little work. I'm going to fix whatever is wrong and clean it up and either sell or trade it. What is a fair price for this tractor in fair condition. All tires are in very good condition it has a home made front end loader that looks OK but works well. I might even give it a coat of paint.

Can you post a picture of it? Otherwise we would be guessing, what type of repairs does this tractor need?
