Looking for feedback on a John Deere 750 tractor and want feedback - good or bad.

They are good tractors. Built by JD's friends in Japan, Yanmar. If kept serviced, will work hard and go a long time. 750 and 850 shared the same power train. Our shop used to adjust the 750s to 850 spec on horsepower ,if customer asked. Smaller wheels tires on 750. The clutch will sometimes "stick" while parked for long periods, especially outdoors . They are light machines and benefit from filled rear tires and front weights of some kind.
Use good Diesel rated engine oil and change all filters [oil,air,fuel ] regularly and use a good quality hytrans type fluid in the transmission /hyd. system .

Is there a way to get the clutch to unstick? Or replacment needed?

I learned how to operate a tractor on a John Deere 750. Quality machine, though the one I ran had multiple previous owners and was clapped out. Yanmar is a quality brand.
Deere 750 has a Category "0" three point hitch, so used implements are hard to find, new implements are light but available.
After being placed on order some repair parts took three weeks to arrive at the Deere dealer. Deere probably inventories Deere 750 parts in just one warehouse in the U.S. or perhaps flies in dealer ordered Yanmar parts from Japan.
When new the Deere 750 had 20-hp. Today a 1989 high-hour Deere 750 probably would dyno at 15-hp? Not very much.
