Look at Kubota. But what you want to do with the size that you want to get just is not going to get the job done very easy if at all. Sort of like moving a mountain with a pick and shovel. Yes it CAN BE DONE, but it will take forever and it sure won't be any fun.
Maybe if you only need to move the equipment a few times a year, you could consider renting a truck to be able to tow larger equipment. I know that people do what seems like a lot of work with the smaller tractors, but most of those guys have a few acres, not 160. I know that my brother and I have 120 acres and I have a 3215, an earlier model similar to the 3016 that you looked at and think is to big. We use the 3215 for small jobs and clean up. I would NEVER even consider that size tractor to try and get any larger job done with it. Not that it wouldn't do it, but it would just simply take too long. You are looking at a tractor that would be about 2/3- 1/2 the weight of what I have just described and think that you are going to get these jobs done that you have in mind.
It just isn't very realistic, and all that any of us are trying to do is help you out and not have you end up spending money that would end up being poorly spent. I know that NONE of this is what you want to hear, but it is a little more realistic. But if you want to insist on working with your current limits, then I say that you should look at the Kubotas, they will have the largest selection for you to look at that will fill your requirements.
Good luck.
