Price Check 1984/85 International 254 Value

Afternoon,
I am new to site and forums but believe I am in the right area. I am looking at purchasing a very clean, two owner International 254 having 853 hours with serial #09583. The tractor looks almost new. Tin and paint is in very good good condition. I failed to notice if it is a 2 or 4 wheel drive. The seller has a rear mower deck and a scraper blade. Asking $6500.00 . I plan on using for mowing, light grading and snow removal. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It is 2wd. Also included in sale would be a massey ferguson
MF 220 mower and a 7-8' Ford rear blade, both in great shape. Thanks.
