Price Check 5310 John Deere value

I am looking at a 2001 5310 JD with loader and cab. low hours. What is it worth?

I can offer at least one data point ... about a year ago (Spring of '12) we gave $19K for a JD5310 in Michigan.
Here's what it has:
1999 model 2wd w/Cab
SyncShuttle trans
3800 hours
3 SCVs
541 loader w/mechanical leveler
25A flail mower
turf tires

Other than the relatively high hours (it was used for mowing/snow by a school) it seemed like a decent deal comparing prices on other 5310s at the time. I've just (last week) put R1 tires on it so I can pull a plow this spring. If you have any other questions let me know.
