Depending on condition and hours, I'd say $11000 to $14000.
If you're selling, I'd ask the $14K and see what kind of response you get.
What condition? HOW MANY HOURS??? I just did a search at www.tractorhouse.com and that site lists 35 Deere 4310's for sale. It should give you a fair idea of the value.
