I stand corrected, don't know how I missed it, but one spec sheet says no, but the PDF says yes, Kubota website shows an 8/8 Snchro-shuttle, but only Hydro-shuttle in the F12/R12 and up.

Yeah the 8x8 can go either way but all 12x12 are hydro shuttle.

I too am looking at an M9540, 2010 with 1500 hours. 8X8 hydro shuttle, 3 remotes, 10 suitcase weights, Needs tires and fluid in rears.. $20K..
The main purpose is to pull a 4-16 rollover plow and 8 shank chisel plow..
What do you guys think?
Thanks
Jonathan

Thought you guys would like to see some pics of the T5050. Still working on the NH dealer on price but I'm about 90% sure I'm going with the NH a little more of the T5050 price will seal the deal.

That tractor certainly hasn't done any heavy tillage work, or at least very little. Looking at the tires it appears to have spent it's time in a hay field.

That's a well maintained tractor and is impatiently waiting to be worked. She's a Beaut!!!

I sure wish I could help, but I haven't run anything with less than 12 speed for anything other than bush hogging in years, I personally don't want anything less than a 12 speed as there just seems to be too many gaps with an 8 speed. Hopefully someone else with more experience than I can help.

Very nice looking tractor indeed.

I have an 8 speed m8540 its fine for everything i do except for running a plow then i usually wish i had a gear between 3rd and 4th get by in tough soil by going slower or more draft control to raise the plow when the going gets tough

Thanks for the information Dave, I thought I remembered someone had an 8 speed, but couldn't remember. My sons and I both operate our tractors and usually run one to two gears higher than I do or even in a different range, I really like the choices of a 12 speed, but used a four, five and six speed for many years farming. I guess it is what you get use to.

Awesome the NH is a larger heavier tractor generally a good thing for a tractor of that size. I'm sure you'll be happy
i looked hard at the T4000 series when i bought the kubota at that time NH stopped building them and was gearing up the T4s i could not find one on the lots that had what i wanted. I ended up with orange instead no regrets.
