Well I am am almost ready for the tarp.
I need to drill and tap 5 holes to secure the new tarp to the bar it rolls up on and one hole for a hitch pin to keep it locked in position.

What I don't understand about those 14K dump trailers is they all seem to use the equalizers that are used for 3.5K axles. Why don't they use a heavier duty equalizer and slipper springs like what the equipment trailers use?
