Fair price for jd 4320

Hello all, I have found a 2007 jd 4320, 400x fel, 448 backhoe, 265 hours. 99% R 4 tires. A nice clean machine with just some minor cosmetic issues. They are asking $35,500 for the machine. I would really appreciate some thoughts on this price and some comments on why these backhoe attachments are so expensive. Unfortunatly I really need the backhoe on machine. Thanks

Ouch...that's why I drove right past the deere dealer!

For something like $7-8k less you could have essentially the same capability (more in many areas) if you went with something that wasn't green. I can't see paying more, getting less, and getting used at the same time....but that's just me.
