I am in the market to buy a used tractor to let me tend a 4 acre deer plot and a 40 acre property. The tractor will probably be 20 or so years old. I can't afford much more than that judging by advertisements that I have seen. the plots are on a fairly steep hill side. How big a tractor should I be looking for? Which brands should I avoid? Which brands are most reliable?
