Comparison Kubota L4600 vs L 4400

I can get a new L 4400 for 22000 or a new L 4600 for 24000. Anyone have the pros and cons and which might be the better deal?

They are both hydro. They both have a 700 series front end loader with the 4600 having a slightly larger loader.

Test each at your dealer, after having him mount a relatively heavy implement, like a box scraper, on the three point hitch. Make sure the three point hitch will lift the implement smoothly. Some don't operate smoothly and apparently cannot be fixed. I purchased an L4600 which I liked very much, but the three point was extremely jumpy, and the dealer took it back.

for $4000 to $5000 more you can get a MX5100HST 4x4 with LA844 quicktatch loader.

I would go with the 4600 ... a few more Hp and a larger loader cant hurt.
