i live in the northeast (my problem i know), i really am interested in buying a new century 2535 with a c-50 loader. i'm getting a price quote from my local dealer of $16,400.00. Is this a reasonable price or is this guy killing me? i seem to be seeing much cheaper prices down south and was flirting with contacting other dealers and trying to arrange shipment. does anyone have any idea how much the dealer invoice price is on a set-up like this. i have no problem with a dealer makeing a few $s i just want to make a decent deal. i've spoken with two dealers and they seem to be pretty much in-line on prices up here.
thanks

Try contracting Foskett's(860- 928-5748 - ask for Harold) in Woodstock Ct. A great dealer and price are very fair! My 2535 is being delivered today.

The North East covers a pretty wide area but Keats in Keene NH is about 16,900. I think you can do better than 16,400 though. Have you looked at Mahindra? They seem to run cheaper around here. Either way both are solid machines and both are new to the area so I don't think you have to go south to get a fair price. I think 5-700.00 more is a fair diffrence between the NE and the south. I think our costs are higher but not to justify 1500.00 more than a southern dealer.
