Trying to determine a price range for a 2001 JD 4300 w/ 430 loader. Good condition w/ less than 540 hours. Attachments include a quick detach 6' bucket & 5' root rake, 5' JD bush hog, box blade w/ rakes, 5' Linebach Line disc, and a 5' Sitrex finish mower. Any feedback would be appreciated!

The 4300 was one of Deere's best, and popular, compact tractors. If you're selling, I'd ask $15K for the tractor. If you're selling the tractor and implements as a package deal, ask about $18K. You probably won't get that much though. I expect you'll see $10K-$13K for the tractor when you do sell.
As a point of reference, a local (Vermont) Deere dealer has a 4300 with less then 200 hours for sale. Their asking price is $12K and I expect they'll get pretty close to that

I would have to say 12k for the tractor and loader alone, then 2k for the extra attachments. There is a 4310 for sale locally for 15k with attachments.

I recently had back surgery, and my Ford 5610 loader tractor was too difficult for me to climb in and my Kubota L4630 loader tractor is still on my old farm so I can use it to maintain that farm while I'm trying to sell it. A GREAT friend of mine brought over his JD 4300 loader tractor for me to use while I recover from my surgery. It's easy for me to get into and it's just the right size to maneuver inside my hay barn for me to get round bales to feed my critters. I LOVE that little tractor!!! I asked my friend if he knew how much I'd have to spend to get one and he told me they typically go for about $12,000. Having just bought a new farm and a bunch of haying equipment, I don't have an extra $12,000 laying around, but if I did, I'd get me a 4300, mostly to move round bales. It's really tough to maneuver larger tractors inside a barn.
