Geopgraphy makes a huge difference as stated above. In our area it would need to look almost like it just came off of the showroom to get over 10k (esp if no loader). Advertising would be worth a small investment though, the hours if actuall, will bring out the die hard fans. Older green, low houred tractors are very much in demand.
