Massey Ferguson 243 4WD and New Holland TN65S MFWD - Good deal or not?

I have the opportunity to buy two tractors, a 1999 Massey Ferguson 243 with 4wd and a 2000 New Holland TN65S super steer. Both tractors were used by a local landscape contractor for light use landscaping. They basically pulled a seeder and cultipacker their entire lives. Each machine has right around 3000 hours on them. The body is near perfect and has a new coat of paint on each. I test drove them both and they operate as they should. The asking price on the NH was 16,000.00 and the MF was 14,000.00, if I buy both of them I can get them for 25,000.00. Does this seem like a good price, fair price, a steal or not that great? Any help would be much appreciated.
