Price Check Ford 1715 opinions

I'm looking for some feed back on this ford 1715. It's a '97' with just over 1000 hrs on it. The seller is the second owner and has had it for the last 15 yrs. It comes with the loader and the woods back-hoe in the picture, plus all the 3 point linkage. The owner has a complete service history, and has been well maintained. It has never needed more than hydraulic line replacements. He's asking $12,000 for it. Does that sound like a good price?

I am not sure of pricing on a backhoe but that seems on the high side to me.

I think it's fair....by no means a steal.
With a service history.... Probably means the hours are correct and it's not a rental...
If that's enough tractor for you, I would examine it carefully and make an offer.
