1. A box blade is a really simple tool..... So, between ETA and TSC, I'd take the ETA one every time.
I've been keeping my eyes open for used BBs near me (Craigslist) but most are either too big (~6') or look like they've been abused and left out to rust away. I just need to call EA and figure out the shipping.
2. PTB or Heavy Hitch. If you're buying the HH for ballast, just get a heavy duty box blade and use that for ballast and forget the HH. The PTB, on the other hand, is very, very handy. Most of us who have one highly recommend it. So I'd vote PTB.

The Heavy Hitch I was referring to was their tooth bar for JD loaders TB496-G (can't post link, but it looks like it's between a traditional TB and the PTB). Looks like the PTB is very highly regarded but it's harder to find reviews on the HH TB (probably because it's JD only). I would guess the PTB would be slightly biased for clearing brush while the HHTB would be slightly biased for digging. Once again, probably can't go wrong!
