I think you are looking at some pretty big tractors for a fairly small amount of acreage. If you have a house, barn, arena and 'mare motel', you won't have room to maneuver the L4200 or the L3130 with BH and loader. Maybe consider a two-machine approach. Perhaps a very small mini excavator and a 30 hp tractor with loader. Or a sub-compact tractor with loader and a larger machine for dragging the arena? Many of us have multiple machines with overlapping capabilities.
Also, 2000-plus hours is starting to get to the point that maintenance (or lack of maintenance) becomes most evident. I have a 1979 tractor with about 2k hours that I believe will give me 2 to 3 thousand more. I've also seen tractors with 1800 hours that were absolutely hammered. If you post pictures, we will be able to spot things that could be a problem.
