I don't know much about the Mahindra but the Kubota is a 8/2 tranny w/ no shuttle. I have the Branson and am really satisfied with it. Also look at the weight of the Branson vs the others. More weight better traction = better pulling.I don't have anything bad to say about the Branson. I have had a Kubota L2500 , New Holland TC 25, and two other smaller New Holland's and as far as quality goes the Branson is as good as those.

Weight: Mahindra 1 (3881), Branson 2 (3756), Kubota 3(2580). Reverse is true if you want lighter weight tractor.
Tire: Mahindra 1, Brandson 2, Kubota 3. Reason: Mahindra don't charge extra for R4 or Turf. Branson charges less for R4. Moot point if you want Ag tires.
Transmission: Branson 1 (12/12 Shuttle Sync), Mahindra 2(12/12 Shuttle Partial Sync), Kubota 3(8/4 Shuttle Sync)
Alternator: Mahindra 1(50amp)/Branson 2/Kubota 2(35amp) (K & B tie because I don't know the Branson alternator capacity).
3 pt lift : Mahindra 1(2865)/Branson 2(2140)/Kubota 3(1998)
BackHoe: Mahindra 1/Branson 2/Kubota 2. Too many things to list. I compared them on all specs and rate them in similar manner to tractor comparison.
Loader: Mahindra 1/ Branson 2/ Kubota 3. See above comment.
Optional equipment: Mahindra 1(std rear remote), Kubota 2, Branson 2.
Pricing in my area: Branson 1/Kubota 2/Mahindra 2
Resale value: Kubota 1/Mahindra 2/Branson 2
Dealer availability in my area: Kubota 1/Mahindra 2/ Branson 3
Dealer support in my area: Kubota 1(many established dealerships with full service shops)/Mahindra 2(Some established dealerships with good reps)/Branson 3(Mostly start up dealerships, the established ones usually treat Branson as a side brand).
What mama likes in my case: Kubota 1/Mahindra 2/Branson 3
My personal visual inspection on fit & finish: Kubota 1/Mahindra 2/Branson 2.
Track record on quality: Kubota 1 (long term quality reputation), Mahindra 2(Recent Demmings award), Branson3.
For me it's Mahindra 3510 if I am in your shoes.
