I have narrowed it down to the mahindra 2615(13,600), branson 3510(15,290) or a MF 1240(12,600). All have a fel and r4s /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif.
The MF has 23hrs on it. The others are new.I will be using the tractor fo 11 acres; 2.5 acres of finish mowing, 8 acres of bush hogging, and finishing an acre of pond. please help!

I used a MF 1250 on the farm for about 4 years. It is the same size with a few more horses and options. It did a good job, I was pleased with it.

Thanks for the info Jerry. The more I read about the MF the more I want one. Is the Price right? Should I even compare the Mahindra and the MF to the higher hp and hevier Branson.

I just went thru this about 2 months ago, and I ended up with the branson 3510. If you are sold on HST, then you can count it out, but I really like the shuttle shift myself.... tractor is very strong, I like the extra weight for FEL work. That's not a bad price on it either, they have gone up somewhat with the increase in steel prices. I would buy one again......I know I've not said I wish I had less horsepower, but lots of people wish they had bought more after the fact...... good luck in your decision.......Brian

thanks kongs3510 and JerryG. I went with the Branson 3510 /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif. The tractor is awesome. I liked the standard features on Bransons that are just options on others /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif. The fact that the dealer is only 20 miles away also helped.
