john deere 4115 60\"mm and 410 ver. 200cx fel

I am in the process of buying 4115 on order. Dealer states 60"mm (7iron) will not fit on tractor. John Deere states the same, but 8 dealers quoted me a 60" mm 7iron on the 4115. Does anyone know if 7iron will fit the 4115. Is it realy a better mower or should I stay with reg (green) 10 gauge 60"mm

second: is the 410 better than the 200cx, if so why, if not why.

The 60" 7iron does NOT fit the 4115,, but the old style 60" deck, that is 10 ga. does fit. That is what you are getting prices on,, the 60" deck that we all know and love...
Deere has funny specs on the 2 of those decks, saying they
weigh the same,, so I can't say which is truly heavier. But,
that older design sure was a heavy deck, used on lots of different tractors,, older 425-455 Garden tractors up thru the 4115...

As Dutch said, the 'older' 60" deck has been around a long time. Deere specs are notorious for typos - but here is some differences and similarities:

Older 60" (as listed for the 790) vs. 7-Iron 60" :

Weight : 325 lb / 325 lb
Deck Thickness : .134" (10 gauge) / .177" (7 gauge)
Front Gauge Wheels : 6" x 1.38" / 6" x 2.5"
Rear Gauge Wheels : 8" x 2" / 6" x 2.5"
Gauge Wheel Material : Polyolefin / Polyolefin
Blade Spindle Size : 1" / 1"
Blade Size : .312" x 20.5" / .312" x 21.5"
Blade Tip Speed: 15,500 @ 3200 rpm / 15,700 fpm @ 2700 rpm
