Going to pull the trigger soon on either a L4400 or a 4530 Mahindra. Will be used for woods work, dirt work, bushhog, box blade and possibly a frame mounted hoe. I plan to use this machine alot for the first few years, then taper off. I just sold my JD750 (miss it already!).
I'm in NC. The Bota dealer is closer to home, but the Mahindra seems built like a tank. I don't care for the shifting setup of the Mahindra (cable?), but the ergonomics are nice.
I'd probably need to add weight to the Bota.
Love to hear from folks with the L4400 and 4530. Stability is a big factor for me (reason I sold the JD750).

To me, the Mahindra would be the more stable unit. Mahindras are tanks, with good weight to hold you down.

My brother just bought a Mahindra, and he loves it.
