Well I ended up servicing the valve chest and it turns out the 3pt hitch works after shocking the system. Upon further inspection one of the valves turned out to be stuck and not moving freely. Long story short, I ended up removing the valve but damaging it. I am now looking to replace the whole assembly with one that is working so as to not go through the same thing again. Hopefully I can have my 3pt hitch working by late spring so I can do some much needed brush hogging and land clean up. Thanks.
