1984 international 784
Looking at a 1984 international 784. Owner said the brakes dont work, he uses the hand brake to stop?? The tractor has 3600 hrs on it, has a heated cab and comes with a 7' snow blower. His main use for it was snow blowing and mine will be as well. I have almost a mile of driveway to blow and live in Atlantic Canada (pei) where we have lots of snow. Tractor is in very good condition. Any one have any thoughts on the brake issue? Owner wants $8500 for the tractor & blower. Advice??
