504 D188 diesel engine

I am in need of a block or short block for a IH504 .Does anyone have any ideas on where I can find one?

I did a search for salvage 504's, and there are quite a few. Whether they are diesel or not is the question...

It may be easier to use the "Want to buy" feature in the menu at top left,
3rd item down, and let them cone to you... You need to register with them, but not much to it... It is linked up to many salvage yards, and most reply within 24-36 hrs.

Prices can vary, so you may not want to jump on the first one... Maybe wait 48 hrs or so... Of course, price versus shipping a good distance makes a difference too.
