What does everyone think of price on this tractor for $4800?

my opinion and your experience might vary: Tractor prices are regional. The title and message differ on the model tractor, but the picture appears to be a 424. A diesel is generally worth more than a gas engine. That said, in this area a nice gas 424 without power steering might bring $2500-$3000 and if that is a Landpride mower maybe $1000-$1200 for it. I see them advertised for more but they usually are for sale a long time. Diesel tractors with power steering are becoming more available and driving the price of gas tractors downward.

I agree, if the 424 was diesel and PS, you could be looking at selling it around 5K with the mower.
