Hi!
I'm just now looking for a "lookalike"- power steering cylinder since I'm refurnishing mine of my Volvo BM Buster 320 for which it's non original.
Got to ask you not to throw away your broken one and let me know if you want to sell it.
I need to ask you about your cylinder - what kind of make is it and is the o-rings/seals in it metric or inch?
I have made an overhaul on mine but the valve cage part is still leaking, so by replacing the old ones with new was a mix of both measurement system. But I guess someone else have been fiddling with this cylinder before. Do you know of a repair kit for these cylinders?
Now, about the banjos.
I also was looking for replacements but soon found that I had to make my own since today’s standard are too short or double banjo. It's really not that hard but you have to order M16x1x45 bolts (little uncertain about the length, just make sure the non thread part is long enough) and drill the holes yourself. Not only can you make them the same, they will be better since the bolt head is larger and gives you a better sealing surface.
Choose modern steel/rubber seals and not copper washers.
This part worked great on mine; you can have more details if you like.
Best regards/ Henrik - from the south of Sweden
