Case 580D Backhoe
Howdy Howdy all,

I am new to this site and am mechanically inclined but I have not figured out how to adjust the breaks on this Case 580D loader/backhoe. The hydrolic fluid is full but when I step on the break it goes all the way to the floor. The E break works just no breaks at the peddles. Any and all advise or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

When you say hydraulic fluid is full, are you meaning in the master cylinders..?? If you do, they may need replaced, or rebuilt. If not, there are a pair of them under the dash. I do know on later models they did use TCH in place of brake fluid, but not sure what series they started doing that.

Here is a link showing them: Official Case Construction Equipment Online Parts Store and Parts Look Up. Parts for Case Equipment and Construction Equipment. Parts Store for Case Wheel Loaders, Case Excavators, Case Skid Steers, Case Original Parts.
