Looks as if Hardee Williams has had a run of hard times.
Hardee Williams was bought by Williams Controls.
Williams Controls sold Hardee Williams to <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.aramarcapital.com/transactions.html>Chicago Capital Partners</A>.
Couldn't trace it past that.
